Better detailed review of the Don music album. Review on Don Songs

Dear Sir,

With due respect I ask you, are you a fan of SEL? Because I tend to disagree with your review of the music of Don.

Track 1 - Main Hoon Don: Starts off greatly, great music, original lyrics and Shaan has done a great job. Rating: 4/5

Track 2 - Yeh Mera Dil: Seems like just another umpteenth remixes of the same track available in the market. Whats the unique factor about the song? Rating: 2.5 / 5

Track 3 - Morya Re: Original music, https://lyrics. SEL are best at it. Sung excellently by Shankar. 4/5

Track 4 - Khaike Paan Banaras: Starts off great, cool rap intro by Udit and midway rap by Shahrukh, looses track after that, seems like "yes one more" remix. SEL are not remix artistes, are they? Frankly they are one of my favorites but not on this one, sorry to say. Can Udit ever compare to Kishore Da? Rating 2.5 / 5

Track 5 - Aaj ki raat : Nice number, original lyrics and original music though sometimes it feels like a rehash of Raat baaqui from Namak Halaal. Rating 3/5

Track 6 - The Don theme : Nice fresh take on the original Don theme, slow and funky, a good number. The original theme of the 1978 was a fast, pacy instrumental. Good fresh view from SEL

Track 7 - Don revisited: Cool remix from Midevial Punditz. Rating 3/5

Track 8 - Main Hoon Don Remix: Another cool remix of the the song. Rating 3/5

So where does the USP of the album lie? I think only in the three fresh / originial songs. All in all an average album and below what was expectated from SEL.
