I ordered a pizza on 23/12/2016 from my mobile on the dominos website. The payment for the pizza was done for Rs.521 using the freecharge wallet app. They were running an offer of giving Rs.75 cashback.
After I placed the order, I did not get any confirmation message on mobile or email on my registered email address even though the payment was deducted from Dominos website.
I kept waiting for the pizza and also called two branches of dominos pizza near my house but they mentioned that they had not received the order. NEVER order on Dominos website, they do not have proper system in place to generate or take the order. In my case I have raised the issue with Dominos as well as Freecharge.
Freecharge mentions that the order is succusefull at their end, Dominos mentions they have not received the order.
Seems it was a Virtual pizza, delivered and eaten by Dominos.
