I am not a pizza lover myself but the quality and service of dominos has compelled me to write this review. Frankly speaking, I can not differentiate the taste of pizzas between various pizza joints(others being pizza hut, US pizza etc.) hence I can not comment on the taste factor; nevertheless domino's pizza suited my taste buds so I wont be complaining on it either.

Coming to the point, I really liked and appreciate the user interface of their web portal. Its in itself a treat for eyes, sure to leave your mouth watering. Its as good as you are placing an order on the counter! Unfortunately, it has come with the price of slow performance and this happens when you are placing the order. It sometimes gets stuck when you are adding items to your order. Am sure domino's may take notice of this and rectify the problem.

Secondly, they have an option of ordering online which I don't think any of the other pizza joints have. One can place order and pay online also. And in case you are wondering if the delivery is as quick as placing order on phone, well then, yes it is! I got my order delivered at my door step within 20 mins of making the payment online! I cant even call it a coincidence because it happened twice already. Again, this could be attributed to the fact that I may be staying somewhere close to a domino's store(which I am not aware of). But I am happy with the end result! Just for the record, this one time I called up pizza hut and realized they don't deliver at my place. Too bad because I stay very much with in the city of Mumbai(Parel). So, even in this case'D' scores over others.
