This Review is regarding Domino's Pizza India I couldn't find DOMINOZ PIZZA INDIA so I am writing it over here, also I live in Chandigarh
So here is what horrible experience I have had with Dominoz Online ordering. Its been 20 days and I haven't recieved my refund for the following online order that got cancelled due to the stupid Online Ordering process and their useless website.
December 17 @ 8: 27 PM Amount ₹471 ( Refund pending from 20 days)
December 24 @ 8: 13 PM Amount ₹394 ( Refund pending from 11 days)
December 29 @ 1: 44 PM Amount ₹419 ( Refund Pending from 7 days)
These above orders have already crossed their policy of 24 hours refund or 7-10 days refund.
I have sent them Email multiple times. Facebook, Their dominoz website. But not a penny is added to my account. I keep messeging them and they keep on replying they will do it in 3-5 days. I am getting these same 3-5 days refund messages from last 20 days. I mean Seriously Just give ny money back.
I don't know why they encourage online Pizza ordering when their refund policy is dead slow. I mean their process is also ridiculous. First they take money and then again redirect to website to create an order. I mean what will happen if you generate the order first and then take the money. Just so that their sales accounting don't get disrupted they will not think of consumer? That would have also been fine if they had quick refund process. But its dead slow. Who would think of ordering online when this refund process is such an headache.
They tell you someone would call and nobody does .There is no number where we can directly call for such issues. All numbers are invalid or for ordering only. If you call then they say it will be done by them and there is nothing more they can do. I am so tired of them my 1284 rupees are stuck with them
With such experience I would never ever recommend anyone to order online from Dominoz
