Dominos has one of the biggest chain of pizzas shops in india. People are so fond of pizzas including me who can't resist themselves stepping into these pizza shops well talking about dominos there have been a lot of cons and as well as pros
Dominos are one of the best pizza makers in india they are very tasty and yummy.this was my good thaught about dominos bt after some time it was gone bad.Because I have visited this website. My experience with this website is very bad. I received a mail from Dominos India in which they provided me a Coupon code by which I could get 1 pizza free with the order of 1 pizza ie. Buy 1 Get 1 Free Pizza.Most of the areas are not covered under delivery options. Also while ordering online while entering the mobile number it is not considering. Even I have spoken to customer care, they informed that your number is registered in another state so order cannot be taken under this contact number and to provide the new contact number. Even in some cases discounts were not available and at the end I have to drop the order online. However, at retail store the experience was good but not at all online.
Dominos used to be the best pizza outlet but now the pizza they offer, flavors, customer service of various branches are not good.
When I was staying in dahisar we all friend went to dahisar east dominos . my friends order 6 pizza . 3 pizza were non veg and 3 was veg. It took around 45-50 mins to them to gives us pizza .
I dnt remember its way back 8-9 month later but the pizza he order was different from wat he wants and actually he ate one piece of it so my friends did not said anything. After finishing we paid the bill and went from there and never visited again .
Its' better to go pizza hut the best cheessey pizza you can experience there.If you can't handle the customer satisfaction properly.The most bad thing about this dominos is that I have ordered a pizza online last weekend. The pizza person from an outlet gives me a callback saying we can't deliver pizza in you area. I was surprised to see if you can't deliver. why do you accept the order in the first place. The response for the refund query was given as ."Sir I don't know much. You should get your money back in 7 days. I will just cancel the order". Now after waiting for more than 10 days I have not received any call from dominos, neigther I have got refund for my order.
If you can't handle the customer satisfaction properly. better shut down you online channel. better shut down you online channel.
This was bakwas experience.
