My Family had been a frequenting Dominoes for ages now. Its only 2 weeks back, domino's out let had opened in Dombivali. To my utter surprise, they do not had a home delivery facility even when you reside within a kilometer drive with excuses as idiotic as it doesnot fall under our logistics approval.
Phone is answered after approx:5 - 6 rings latter & orders need to be repeated more than thrice. On ordering Large non-veg pizza all you get is shreds which cannot be identified as you order a golden delight or mexican wave which is over loaded with corns & Jalapinoes.
The hand tossed pizza was a disaster with all spending more then 300 + taxes to eat Pav. As on date domino's have never been a disaster as it was in dombivali. Either the franchise is trying to fool poor & innocent people with a thrid class quality not only in service but also in making pizza's. Domino's in dombivali is pathetic.
