I love Pizzas and I love Pizzas from Domino's especially. I have visited this store many times with my family and friends. Most of the times my experience has not been good in terms of waiting time. I have felt like moving out from the store without pizzas because it was testing my patience. At times they call token numbers before and after us but not ours and we keep waiting.
The last time I went there with my friends we waited for a long time and finally when our token number was called we rushed to get it. I was upset to hear that a few of the items I had ordered has gone out of stock so I had to order something else. Finally I made the payment with my card and entered my pin. Then the staff said that there was some gateway issue and so I had to reswipe it and enter the pin number again. After this , I was again upset to see the message from the bank which says that I have made the payment twice. So I again requested them to cancel one payment so that I get back the money. For this they replied that they cannot cancel it instead I buy something for this money . I did not like this idea and said that I want a refund and nothing else. So they cancelled after a few arguments. I had to visit my bank personally to get this money credited back .
Thus I dropped the plan of visiting the shop and decided to order it and make a home delivery. So I called them and ordered a Pizza Mania combo which consists of 4 pizzas and a chocolate Lava cake. I explained in detail which 4 pizzas I wanted and their crusts. It was a Sunday evening and they said that it would be slightly late. But I did not mind. I had ordered at 8 PM but I received it only at 10.15 PM after calling them multiple times. By now we were very hungry and had gone impatient waiting for the pizzas to come. Finally when we opened the pizza we were extremely disappointed as they had given a fully loaded non veg Pizza instead of a fully loaded Veg Pizza. This really annoyed us as we got something which we had not ordered for after waiting for so long. We didn't complaint or demand a refund as it was quite late and we were not a position to wait any longer untill the pizzas were exchanged. So we had what we got without liking it much.
Hence I don't recommend ordering things from Dominos on weekends as the outcomes wont be satisfactory . I request the staffs to be more careful and considerate about the customers.
