I had taken three Dolphin connection 1. for Mobile purpose and balance two to be used as Landline connection at my residence at Faridabad basically to be used between as group calls. The service of MTNL has no signal at all at my residence and practically it goes out of communication. First connection, which is for mobile purpose cuts me of from the world, the other two connections have till date could not receive a single call or made any significant outgoing call except for Rs.43.00 so far. Most of the time when someone tries to call he gets a message that the number called is either switched off or out of coverage area.


Number of complaints made to MTNL have not been attended to which reflects their service rating.




  1. For the past six month, I have received only a single bill (as against 18 bills supposed to be) despite my several complaints




  2. I got an SMS for a bill of Rs. 133.00 for the first connection while making payment, I was told an amount of Rs. 135.00 which clearly indicates the doubtness of their billing software.




  3. I had been in receipt of a communication from MTNL besides visit of their officials who agreed that there is practically no signal at that place and the letter confirmed that it would take another three months to get one generator installed at their booster site. This letter is dated back 4 months. The main question is why the consumer should suffer because of their in efficiency ( asking three months to install generator and then 4 months have passed peacefully). It is needless to mention that I am continuing to subscribe to alternate connection of Hutch and Airtel just to remain connected which is resulting into triple expenditure. I cant go back with the disconnection option bacause the connection has been subscribed for life time validity.
