Hi Friends!Today I will write my review about Dolce Ice Cream Alambagh Lucknow.As by name you get it that it is an ice cream parlor. So without wasting your more time I will direct tell you guys about it.Its timings 11 AM to 11 PM. Address -Balaji Complex, LDA Turn, Krishna Nagar, Kanpur Road, Alambagh, Lucknow.Rest details are below-
Food And Presentation-Talking about the food so do not hope for it here as it is an ice cream parlor therefore you will get here ice cream.You get here varieties of ice creams like in scoops you will get Black Currant, Nutty Cocktail.In Sundae they have variations single sundae and double sundae and triple sundae, in single sundae you get American delight, Pineapple delight.Whereas in double sundae you get Black Forest, Black Carranto , in triple you will get Honey Moon, Mixed Sundae.Rest items are Soda's, Float's, Mocktails, Fresh Lime Soda, Fresh Lime Water.The price starts from RS-25 /= to RS-100/=.Taste of the ice creams are not good at all you can try honeymoon it is average in taste, mocktails are very yucky .Coming to presentation so I do not feel that they have any sense of presentation as everything there is so unmanageable moreover no sense of presenting an item in front of customer.
Ambience-So down market ambience here as first of all they do not have any sitting arrangements and moreover when you enter in the shop you get the feel that you have enter in an aged old ice cream parlor as the sealing of shops are very dirty and spider trap is appearing in every corner of shop their fan is also dust covered.The color of their ice cream refrigerator also appear pale yellow.The worse thing is their menu as they have not updated their price list in menu which is a big confusion for customers.Talking about outside ambience so outside ambience is also not attractive as it is in a off white color building and the condition of building is also very bad.So the ambience here is very down market and pathetic.
Customer Service-So Sloth as they are too much lazy in serving you .If you order them a blue curacao mocktail so they will take approximately 30 to 40 min to serve you and the bad part is their behavior towards customers they talk in very irritating manner in high tone which makes you so angry on them.They are a big zero in term of customer service as they know nothing about customer service and how to deal the customer.
Value For Money-In term of its price yes it is a value for money place but in term of customer service and item quality it is not a value for money place.As they serve poor quality items and some of their items like mocktails are yucky and tacky .You can visit here only once but do not dare to try their mock tails.
My opinion you can visit this place only once and thats too when you have no other choice.
