I have been a regular with dockers, in fact my review on the brand and its quality is posted. Never had an issue with the clothes.just wish that the people representing the brand had an iota of the same care as the folks who make them
Just as me and a couple of friends came to know that this brand is winding up in india, we bought over 40 K - stocked up for atleast 2 years. One of the t-shirts I had, after I wore it once and washed, saw that it had 2 holes at the back, difficult to see unless you are ironing it. I went to the store and though I had tried my best to make the manager there, A Chengappa, smile, he was his usual grumpy self
The guy implied that I had made a mistake and that this has been washed. I told him that he expects me to wear something direct with outh washing and after much arguments he agreed.
I am shocked cause I was expecting a ready yes since we have bought loads of stuff from them and in just the past month. Why would I haggle for 1200 rs when I have bought over 25K? I have written this to the email id that they give on the garment tag for complaints and more shockingly NO REPLY from them.
I think we need some STRONG representation for customers.wish we had some really responsible people in customer care. I have seen the kind of customer care one gets in the US and the very same brands in india care a heck.Dockers is winding up as they are not getting great business and see the reason why.if they just do not know whats the way to treat a loyal customer. I would still buy stuff.cause thats great- sadly the people behind the brand are NOT
If you happen to go to this store- watch out for that moron store manager- the rest guys are ok.but overall, they just do not care and sadly none is listening who can give them a kick for this kind of treatment.In these times I feel sad that skilled and worthy ppl r losing jobs, while some idiots are earning money for nothing.
