Disappointing Service. Review on Dmart

Hello! Everyone. Today I am writing review on D- Mart. I have ordered some grocery from Dmart ready app. I have waited for my order for 15 days and when I did not receive my order then I contacted the customer care. I have tried calling several times but it either keeps ringing or it is busy. I emailed them but still no reply. Then after 1 or 2 days I contacted them again finally some one take up the call but was very frustrated staff and not responding properly. He spoke very rudely and said you will get your order and hang up.

Then after 2 days I got my delivery . Delivery boy not maintaining hygiene while delivering goods no mask and no gloves. I told him to kept everything outside my gate. Boxes are sealed and when I opened the sealed boxes and checked my items, few items was missing and quality of product is also not so good.

Really Very bad experience and I was very much disappointed with the service.
