I went to Diu just 10 days ago. I like the place. It is very peaceful. I stayed at Hotel Palms which is at the beach side so the view was awesome. You can mostly find the local crowd there. If you are Goa Fan, you will find this place great because it is not for party lovers. Markets get closed after 8:30 pm so if you want something please purchase before that. You can visit the Diu fort, Nagoa Beach and Old Jail in the sea which I think not allowed to visit. We had our own car so it was easy for us to run over the places. The experience was nice but love Goa so bit dissappointed.
