Diu is the Union Territory of Daman & Diu. Diu airport has civilian mode of transport and it is well connected by flights from Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad and other major cities of India. The major airlines which operates from this airport are Jet Konnect, Jet Airways and Air India. It is a small airport but strong and impressive enough in infrastructure and staff services.
The terminal has the capacity for around 100 passengers only but with all amenities. You can witness all sorts of services, support and facilities which you generally find in major airports of India. There are proposals to start private airline service between Daman & Diu and some major cities of Gujarat.
