I should have read the reviews here before engaging with Ditto. All they seem to have done well is advertise Ditto basis the traction they received on Finshots.
So once I had decided the policy, I had to cancel/reschedule their appoint to buy the insurance thrice:
Take 1: on the scheduled date, after having shared all documents and details on the WhatsApp chat, during the meeting they insist, I send all details again over email and refuse to proceed with buying the insurance. Meeting rescheduled.
Take 2: the second meeting, the lady asks me if I have submitted all my documents, when I had already mailed the documents and shared them on WhatsApp. they wake up during the meeting that my KYC has to be authenticated and it may take a day or two. Meeting rescheduled.
Take 3: even before the meeting could commence, some enlightened soul, after smoking god knows what, asks me if I have copies of the previous insurance policy.
