I saw dishnet DSL link fluctuating and disconnecting for hours daily in my brother's net cafe. The clients(customers in the cafe) got annoyed and even some tried shooting on the person taking charge of the cafe.
These Dishnet DSL people cause pretty much financial loss of the cafe owners. Customers get dissatisfied due to slow upload and download and curse the cafe owners since they have no business with the internet service providers. Their customer support lines give irrelevent answers and they have no shame on bluffing. All the call centre persons sitting at the other side of the phone do is to give meaningless answers.
Pinging the data can be held as the proof against this mess. It shows that download rate is not even 6k or it is less than that. Misery is all that you get from Dishnet DSL.
