A letter sent by me, and no reply till date
''We grieve over to have been registered for your DSL Connection. In spite of
your existing DSL Customers providing us negative feedback about your service,
we opted for your service based on your product presentation. Being
registered ourselves on 31.03.2004 for your DSL Service, till date we haven’t
received any nature of communication from your end regarding the installation.
Today, the word ''service'' is thrown around as if it were something brand new.
Service, however, has had the power to make or break sellers for, as long as
there have been buyers. I would like to help Dishnet DSL by relating an
incident exposing lack of respect and abominable service.
On opting for your DSL connection, we had the unpleasant experience of bad
rather worst service much before the installation, SO WHAT WILL BE THE CASE
AFTER INSTALLATION. Not being a company to create waves, we handled the issue
tactfully by complaining your customer service, through which we got a
feedback that the Marketing Executive who was processing our order has quit
the job.
Is this a feedback you describe, how can such a substantial company relieve an
employee in a span of 3 days, rather how can your company put on a person to
marketing who will be relieved shortly.
But however unethical you are internally, you should see that customer like us
are not affected. We were promised that the DSL connection would be
commissioned within 8 days from the date of registration. Till date I haven’t
received a single call either regarding the installation date or the progress
in installation.
The average person is commonly believed to have at least 200 acquaintances.
Bad news spreads like wildfire. I hope this type of experience is one your
company calls the exception rather than the rule.''
Horrible support staff as already mentioned by hundreds of people,
The Manager NILES is the most irresponsible and idiotic nature fellow I have ever seen in my life. the most LAZY suport staff and their rudely answers everytime I call up their customer support.
Dear BANGALORE Corporates/ Friends, DONT EVER even allow a sales executive from Dishnet, especially their so called managers NILES / RESHMI ROY.
