By mistake in hurry, I done payment on my cancelled VC No.01515077953 of Rs.7908(1 Year Subscription Fee) and I want to transfer this amount to my Current VC No, 01515077951(Main Connection) or either reverse to my bank account. but
dish tv Customer care guys are just playing, when we are calling to customer care number, we want explain from zero to each customer care representative this is happened from last 5 days, and we are not getting right answer from them. I think they don't have facility or manpower to one person should be handle this type of cases.
I think they have to change the name of customer care department. who is not helping customer properly, or somebody from senior management has to check, how our employee are helping the customer.
Requesting the senior manager or officer of Dish Tv Customer care, please look in my case.
Already I sent 24 mails to your customer care email address, but no body is referring previous mail, but I am sending again and again same details in all mail.
