Some of the channels stopped relaying since morning which included all the HD channels. When I called customer care they said it will take 24hrs for them to fix this.
When I asked the reason they said its the time frame. If its a signal problem from dish tv why should I be charged for the channels I dont see today.
Customer care says they cannot resolve all issues, its not in their hands . then y is it mentioned for any issues call customer care.
