I have been using this dish TV set top box for last 3 years, I would like to say that not a toll-free customer care phone number. one problem is that it take charge for all govt. channels. if we record any program this is not work in computer, and it take charge for sharing to other rooms. there is no signal during to rain. theirs plans so expensive so any other poor people can not recharge. so I request to dish TV, please do switch off dish when balance goes to zero, it should continue all govt. channels continue so enjoy poor person when they have no money for recharge.
