Hello my friends, I have been using the dish tv for past 1 years. My experience with dish tv is very bad till now. First of all the initial charges of installation of dish tv is too high. Then their Channel packs are soo confusing and also the price of channel packs are little bit high. And then if you recharge your dish tv with an Hd pack and if you wish to recharge your dish tv with normal packs in next month then you have to contact with their customer care and ask them to change their Hd pack to normal packs and after doing this you can recharge your dish tv with normal packs, this process is totally wastage of time; it wastes our priceless time. They switch off my dish tv before the switch off date, and sometimes they switch off my dish tv 5 days before the main switch off date. And also they not give me some channels even after I have already paid for them. their customer support and service is very bad.
