I had taken a Dishtv conection with the yearly subscription paid in advance. After a couple of months, they started removing channles from the Bouquet(Dish Maxi) indiscrminately.They started with the CNBC pack first (constituting CNN IBN, CBC TV18) and thereafter other channels like Times Now, Zoom, etc.
Upon enquiring with the Help Line, I was given to understand that the aforementioned channels have been removed from the package to which I have subscribed. I fail to understand that how a package can be modified for existing consumers once despite collecting upfront payment for the same; this is a clear breach of trust.
These guys are petty crooks and once they collect the annual subscription upfront, they resort to these arm twisting tactics. Their business practises are grossly unfair and are tantamount to blatant cheating.Also DishTv does not offer Neo Sports channles; so one cannot watch any Cricket match featuring India.One should definitely look for other options like Tata Sky, BigTv, etc.
