I have been the subscriber of Dishtv for a quite some time. Day by day the services are deteriorating. It gives impression that they don't care for the customer.
Customer Service Representative does not log complain despite frequent request.
Online recharge is pathetic. it takes at least three attempt before recharge using online. They are indirectly encouraging cash which might some time get not accounted in the overall business.
Reminder is so bad it gives impression as if they are coming for hafta vasool. See the message below
"Your dishtv will be SWITCHED OFF ON 05/09 , if recharge is not received BEFORE THAT DAY.Pay on time, to enjoy non-stop TV and save Rs. 20 processing fee."
Message should have some thing as below
"Dear Customer this is a reminder SMS for renewal of your Dishtv Subscription which is going to expire on 05/09. Please pay in time to enjoy un interrupted TV".
