DISH TV - HOPELESS TO WORST TO WORSE !. Review on Dish TV

This is Zubin Engineer from Wadala, Mumbai. I have a DISH TV connection from the last many years under the VC no. 01500266064. My contact number is 0 98920 35773.

I’m writing a complaint for DISH TV for the last time before switching onto TATA SKY or RELIANCE BIG TV, since I’m tired now.

There are a few more people (15) who also bought DISH TV on my recommendation and now they are also telling me such a lot bad about the SERVICES which have also spoiled my name including Shahrukh Khan’s reputation.

There are not a few problems to discuss here and is a frustrating experience always.First of all, Shahrukh Khan should not do such a SANTHUSTH advertisement for DISH TV since it has always been backward in case of showing new IMPORTANT channels. These channels are always shown 1st on TATA SKY and even on CABLE networks like HATHWAY, IN DIGITAL, etc.

The MAJOR channels not available yet on DISH TV are:

9X Entertainment

NDTV Imagine

NDTV Good Times

Bindass (UTV Network)

UTV Movies

TV9 Gujarat

Moreover, they show USELESS INTERNATIONAL EXCLUSIVE CHANNELS like TV5MONDE, etc. which are not at all EXCLUSIVE and are available on HATHWAY DIGITAL SERVICES ALSO. The only difference is that the Hathway charges Rs. 5/- per channel per month and DISH TV charges Rs. 150/- per channel per month (TV5 MONDE).

Even many times My Dish TV Pick option for ETV MARATHI has been deactivated (3 times) since my dealer didn’t pay the extra charges. (I’m running in Gujarati zone)  The fools did not intimate this even on Phone, SMS, E-Mail, etc. before disabling the channel.

The Call centre staff moreover of Dish TV is very hopeless and they speak as horrible as possible, how many times shall we have the same old problem to forgive them?

My SET TOP BOX has also become slow many times and hung up but OFFICIALS are not able to recognize or correct the problem.

We have often corrected the problems and taught the CALL CENTRE EXECUTIVES.

Forget that, even there isn’t any setting that allows us to watch FREE TO AIR channels by feeding in the required frequency and other details.

Heavy rains have a bad effect on the Picture and Sound Quality unlike TATA SKY. DD DIRECT PLUS channels are always mostly scrambled in bad weather even after re-aligning the DISH thrice by experts.

THANKS A LOT DISH TV FOR NOT SHOWING WHAT WE WANT !!

IF THE DISH TV OFFICIALS WANT US (16 SUBSCRIBERS OF MUMBAI) TO CONTINUE WITH THEIR SERVICES,

PLEASE SHOW US ALL THE ABOVE MISSING CHANNELS WITHIN 72 HOURS…

OR ELSE WE WILL DISCONTINUE YOUR SERVICE WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE . .
