BUY DISH TV to be taken for A GREAT RIDE!!!. Review on Dish TV

I purchased Dish tv on 29 August 2008 at Chennai with Amudha & Co. after seeing an advertisement in a local daily(Dinamalar) stating that pay rs.2000/ and get a year's subscription free. My viewing card number 01506082637.

THEN STARTED ALL MY PROBLEMS. Two guys came and installed it on 30th evening and I got a call from Delhi customer care asking me if the viewing was good. They asked me to answer a questionnaire through the same call, and I said i cant comment unless I see the programs.

I had opted for Tamil/Malayalam package, but the mechanics who installed told me that all the channels will be activated in 24 hours.

I WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED.!

I TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE at 044-60013474, and 1-860-180-3474 as much as twenty times costing me Rs.120 on my mobile phone for the call charges alone! Every time they used to ask my VIEWING CARD NO, and asked me to take out the SIM CARD and re insert it. I did it almost twenty times.

Then I contacted the people who installed dish tv for me from Chrompet, and they said, they cant do anything now, as everything is taken over from now on by customer care.!

THEN I GOT EXTREMELY FED UP! Till today, 17 September 2008, after NINETEEN Days, my dish tv connection is not operatable, and it just repeats CONTACT DISH TV CUSTOMER CARE! On Screen!’ WHAT A CUSTOMER CARE!

Dear friends, Please think 100, 00, 000 times before buying DISH TV, because these guys are number ONE CHEATS!

Now, whenever I look at the DISH TV set top box, I feel FED UP! No more calling customer care and no more of requesting them to look into the problem.

But I now tell all my friends and well wishers not to go for dish tv and also send sms to hundreds of my friends against buying dish tv.!

SANE PEOPLE! PLEASE DON’T BUY DISH TV…!

THEY DISH OUT THE MONEY FROM YOUR PURSE AND SAY bye bye to you!

People at Dish tv, if you want 2000 rs from us, cant you think of any other way except to cheat your customer who trusts you.!

GOD WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU GUYS.! Cos you’re playing with our hard earned money and you are answerable to it!
