I had recharged Dish TV account using Dish TV's own website. When the recharge did not get activated even after 4 hours, I sent them an e-mail asking for the reason. I receive following message from Dish TV:
"We would like to inform you that we have not received any payment till now it takes 24 - 48 working hrs for the payment to get processed and updated. So kindly wait."
I retorted asking them "I am surprised by your message 'we have not received any payment till now'. How is it possible when the fact is I recharged through DishTV's own website. While I get debited with the amount instantly, I would like to know what happens to my money during this 24 to 48'working hours'. You are diverting recharge amount to third party service provider website'ccavenue.com'. Looks like 24 to 48 hours forced'float' is being used by DishTV and its associate'ccavenue.com' by delaying giving effect to transactions made through DishTV's own website."
Looks like they are basically using recharge money received from across India for few days and earning unjust income outside the books of Dish TV. Else, how can they claim they have not received my money when I had recharged using their own website. They are exploiters of 1st order, using loopholes in the system to make more money. Can you imagine the amount of interest they might be earning by using all the recharge money from across India even if it is just for just one day?.
Subsequently after waiting for more than 3 days, I sent them one more mail as follows:
"Please note, I would like to discontinue with DishTV and I will ensure that your fraudulent transaction processing system is made known in every consumer forum website in the net. Please refund the amount remitted by me.immediately.
You have not responded to my specific query given below:

You are diverting recharge amount to third party service provider website'ccavenue.com'."* Since they had said they have not received my money I gave them details of payment. But, did not give my credit card number or statement stating that I did not trust Dish TV.
Within 1 hour my recharge is activated.
