Really pathetic customer support. Review on Dish TV

Customer Support never respond to emails and getting a call connected with support executive is a pain. And always long queues always call got disconnected after few minutes of waiting.

Online recharge is pathetic than anything. They tied up with rechargeitnow.com no other service provider they have linked directly. Everything goes through rechargeitnow.com. That pathetic site never made my recharges success. Even directly or indirectly and no proper support from bot the parties for failed transactions. Lots of head ache always to recharge online.

Portal is really pathetic. You login and see your account it always show your account is low balance even if U more than 500 rupees.

A hell lot to say about customer support. One word is pathetic than anything.

Customer support is hell .. I have requested for a re-install of the dish to another near by building no one has turned up even after 5 days. 3 complaints through phone. And Begger like support executives are talking over phone. Pathetic full noisy phone line they have.

Your support executives are very good in talking .. but in action I am not able to see the activeness. Your support is forcing me to go with other DTH service providers.. Hope you are getting my point.
