We have been using Dish TV for the past 3 months, we had opted for initial 3 months subscription. Once the period expired during the world cup semifinals, my brother tried to renew it using his credit card, but the transaction was failed. So again I tried to renew it using my own credit card and the same happened. The next day we had to pay cash to renew it for 6 months by paying Rs. 1800/-
The problem is even though by using the credit cards, the transactions have failed. Both of our cards have been debited with the amount of Rs. 3600/- each which in total of Rs. 7200/-. Once checking with our card statement, we are trying to contact ASC ENTERPRISES LTD. which is authorised for online payments, they are not responding for our repeated attempts of mails.
By this review I would like to say and warn others that many citizens might have faced or facing the same kind of problem. If any of the authorities from Dish TV go through the review, please do reply me for the below statement.
IS THIS THE AFTER SALES SERVICE WHAT WE CAN EXPECT FROM DISHTV- DEBITING OUR CARDS AND WONT RESPOND TO OUR QUERIES, DESPITE WAITING FOR A LONG DURATION.
