I have had issues since dish tv was installed at my premises. Their technician does not even spend some time to install and check if the installation is fine or not. The signal quality is bad compared to Tata Sky. People get lured by its no.of channels but believe me aprt from Zee TV everything is there in Tata Sky also. Their service is excellent compared to Dish tv. Buying dish tv is like paying for a headache forever.
If you are able to talk to any of their customer service executives on their number that they flash everywhere let me know. I will give you 100 Rs. Even if you e-mail them your problem the max will happen is that a person from Delhi will call u and then he will promise a techie will visit you. I tried it 15 times and believe me, nobody turned up till date.
