Please dont laugh at me after reading this review. I was enjoying by watching programmes on tv with cable tv connection. I don't know some saturn or sani bhaghwan came into my mind to think about the purchase of dish tv. So I bought dish tv on 25-Jan-2008. immediatly same day morning people from dish tv came to my house and fixed the dish and activated it (they collected the subscribtion amount on the same day that is in well advance. thats ok, we should pay for what we would watch).
I was very happy to see all channels on my tv and enjoyed. I called my cablewala and told i got dish tv connection, so I don't need cable connection any more. cable got disconnected. Started enjoying all channels on tv with dish tv. wow what a picture, quality and customer care. ( I got call from dish tv for many times within first two days asking about their services and quality. I rated very good) But this happiness last till first 7 days only which dish tv will give as free preview. on 8 day 1-feb-2008 my tv went blank. I am not able to see any of the channel. after that I started chasing the customer care center of dish tv. what a response... ? what a response? wow... everytime they will ask my VC no ( 01505310794). they will say we don't have any information about that vc number in our database, therefore we cannot activate further more. so I didnt watch any of the channel for a single day for which I paid my subscription.
I am wondering how they will sell it to someone that VC number which they dont have any information about it?. then how they called me about the feedback on first 2 days after installation? still anyone can try this number to register in the dish tv site. they can check it and find that it will give the message, wrong VC number. But still I am holding the card with me. this is the best example how a seller is handing their business with the customer. now my condition is just like a monkey goes on sit with its tail inside of the wedged wood. so please beware, if your astrologer tells you that you have bad time in your life means your are going to buy dish tv. so please be care full and avoid the streets or roads where dish tv are selling. still i dont know what to do with my television which is blank till today. can I use it atleast for a storage purposes?
