My Name is Amin Shaikh and I had ordered 2 Dish+ via online through my CC (990+990). In next 48 hrs I was shocked after knowing that my one connection has been converted into normal.
In this regards I called up customtakeouter care end numbers of time but no one dare to help me out simply keep on saying wait for 48hrs.I got a call from Sunny where he asked me to order another connection and request us for the refund which was converted to normal.
As per the conversation I ordered one more and marked a mail to customtakeoutercare@distv.in explaning the whole issue but not got any revert except acknowledge mail. Can I have someone to get in touch with me.
