Better to don't buy the product it have all stages bad.seller doesn't service center doesn't technicians doesn't.every stage there lag.I have buyed at Feb 24th reached product to home march 5th up to here it is good.
1.before they are there is information.
2.they came and installing at they were need of rca cable for CRT TV.they won't bring for checking also
3.without checking product installed next day we got rca cable.by keeping the it wasn't working. I was asked technicians on call.it was not solved
4.I was contacted customer service from 10th march to 7th April still it was not resolved.
5.every time of calling customer care they will tell with 24hours it will complete. But, 24days also completed there is no resolution happens.
6.from customer care they will call feedback team, billing executive, every stage they will call and ask is it resolved problems with out coming and fixing.
I am strongly recommended don't buy from dishtv.
