I paid online for a new connection that their website promised would be activated within 24 hours. No response for 24 hours! Waited at home all day. Helpline staff says, "When our team called there was no response. Please wait!". Waited another 24 hours. Helpline staff again says, "Please wait". Asked to speak to a senior - "Not available" . Asked for my money back and cancellation of my order. Suddenly, a senior was available. Promised delivery and connection within 1.5 hours. After 2 hours team was "15 minutes from my house" according to area manager. After a further 30 minutes, their team was still "15 minutes away". Somebody calls they are stuck in traffic jam but absolutely no traffic noises to be heard even though they are supposed to be riding a motorcycle! Eventually some persons reached at 2015 hrs when access to roof not possible any longer. Response time 53 hours as against 24 hours despite innumerable phone calls and assurances. Manager expresses regrets for the last 30 minutes delay, coolly ignoring the over 30 hours earlier delay. If this is how new customers are treated, I shudder to think how'captive' customers will be treated!
