I order Dist TV In last week of Nov 2011.My order was for DISH TV HD services and set top Box.
According to company ads 1 year warranty on box.
I last five months I am facing lot s of problem with Dish TV services from day first. Day first box stop working. after three days replace new box.
after some time box star hanging.
Dish tv CS people advise to update the box software but that will not work out.
After 15days service man come with new box and change the box and told me box will work after 30 minutes as need to activate.
But no activation till 6 days.
After some problem start again.
When I contacted Dish TV support they told me to update software again.
Try to pass time.
Now box is stop working(dead).
When I contacted support.
Service man comes next day and asking for money for under warranty set top box.
When I contact Dish TV Team they said I need to pay them.
where is my 1 year warranty?
why they asking for money?
Its mean the are showing fake ads on TV for 1 year warranty?
