VC No 01519364963 - Not getting signal for past 8 days, I had reported this issue in customer care multiple times, finally a technician came and replace the Set Top Box and charged me 600Rs, no bills issued.
Now I am able to receive some free channels only where in my subscription is a Platinum Pack recharged till Jan 2016. Requested for getting the Pack I was getting earlier with customer care they are saying contact the technician. Technician Says contact customer care. Its 8th day and no response . Pathetic Sick People and worst attitude towards customer care. kindly dont consider this brand
