I am using dish tv since 2005. So far in these 12 years I haven't thought about changing it, because it has everything what a person wants. I haven't faced any type of problems regarding dish tv.
Picture and sound quality both are good. But it also depends on the TV you're using. A smart tv is always best in picture and sound quality. But in case of dish tv I am very much satisfied with this.
When I bought it in 2005, it was a simple tv but now as time has changed now it has dish true hd. I must say it is very very impressive. HD channels had a great picture quality even it has a option for recording too. I've used these all options personally, so my experience is that it is good and reliable. It's signal quality is very good. I haven't faced any type of problem regarding signals. I faced problem just once when it was lightning outside and it fell on antenna's camera and then I replaced it. Dish tv sent their technician in 24 hours.
Service and support are very essential things. In case of dish tv just you have to register your mobile number and then you'll get service support easily. Now it has a feature that if you want to call dish tv, you just have to message them Call me and within five minutes they will call you and fix your problem.
According to my opinion I am very much satisfied with this product. It has good recharge plans. So I haven't thought that it is very much expensive. Even one can choose between recharge plans and sometimes they have offers too like recharge for six months and get 15 days free and so.
