Please avoid dishtv. How lucrative may be the offers , I am using this for 3 years, first it used to be ok as it used to be cheapest dth, not any more
I wanted to activate pick my channels , the service in which customer can choose his own channels with 150 rs per month , I had requseted the same via net , I got a message saying that I will get a call from there back end team to confirm the channels I had chosen and the service will be activated within 48 hrs , now 3 months passed still did not got a call or mail, they simply dont activate because now iam paying 200 per month and if they activate the service then they will lose money, they r acting against the trai order still nobody is care to move against them
Iam calling them from 3 months to activate the service every time they assure me that within 48 hrs the service will get activated , nothing happens , till now I had wasted around 500 rs in calls, they wont even reply for mails .
My big mistake was paying them in advance for 12 months ahead, never do such thing .
Still calling every day same response , posted on there f fan page , they started deleting all my posts ,
Anybody plz help how to file a case against them in consumer court .
Never choose disdt tv because
1- pathetic cc , dont even know about channels and package info
2- they will take 40 to downgrade the pack and also should recharge then should send a request for downgrade , so they r compiling u to continue the higher pack even if u dont want to
3- individual channels are costly and they wont activate the service , even if it is against the trai order
4- got any problem with stb has to shell 150 rs from ur pocket for technician
5- no toll free number, , has to shell out lots of money taking to clueless cc , they got a service like callme, one has to send a message , so that they will call u to solve the problem, just waste of time and ur money, as u will get a call by sending an sms worth 3rs, but they will just hangup wantedly without resolving your problem
So I wont suggested distv not only to my friends but also not to my foes , so guys wanted to be happy , hassle free in tv watching don't ever choose distv, it sucks
