Very costly as compared to other options available in the market. If any subscription is been activated then they do not stop it immediately, instead of it they have a notice period of one month.
And many of the channels are down often which are not belongs to dishtv or zee network. All their nets channels are permanently available with quality. Others are not.
If we want to contact customer care than the charges for it are too high. And many of the times we are not able to contact them.
Hardware quality of the remote click is also very bad. My remote control has stopped working after use of only three months.
I will not recommend it to anyone.
