I have been using DISH TV for last couple of years. I am fully satisfied with the range of offerings and the picture quality. Great reception and real vast range of channels that satisfy all the tastes.
The charges are also ok for the variety it offers. Most of my favorite channels are paid ones but I can pay for something which has complete set of excellent offerings
For last few months the cutomer service and the website support has been pathetic. It has become painful to get one problem addressed and the site is down whenever you want to recharge your connection. The DISH TV people should seriously work towards improving this otherwise they will lose the market share as the market is having lots and lots of competion plus excellent services after the product is sold.
