The book bends us to our inner self and forces us to ponder over our actions and thoughts. The path to enlightenment has been put in a very simplified or rather over simplified manner. One can reflect over many instances of his/her life from this book.
It discusses some of the universal truths which are too simple to understand but hard to embrace. After reading this book and following some of the activities mentioned in this book I started getting a better understanding of myself. This book gives another rather more interesting perspective to view different situations in life and makes us feel good about ourselves.
The thoughts in this book are not mentioned in a sermonizing manner rather it has been written in a form of a discussion which makes it interesting.
