I have been a holder of this card for some years now. The one I have is co-branded with British Airways, so that I earn a BA mile for every 50 rupees I spend with the card. Pretty convenient, it's got me a one-way Bombay-London ticket so far.
You pay a somewhat hefty annual charge, Rs. 3500, but by and large, their service is good. The people manning the service telephones are polite and well-trained.
I recently had an issue with the card company because a largish amount was charged twice. The merchant involved was Lufthansa. It was not Lufthansa's fault in any way. It was entirely the fault of Diners/Citibank, and they admitted it, because they subsequently reversed the charge. However, one of the things that I was most displeased about was that on contacting them, they wanted me to fill out forms and send them back etc. Lufthansa had actually been in touch with them and had even convinced them that I had been wrongly charged twice. Even then, they wanted to mess around with a lot of paperwork. I emailed them about this, pointing out that I had no intention of drowning in paperwork for something that was not my fault in any way, and although I never got a reply to the email, the charge was subsequently reversed. Issue resolved satisfactorily. But it caused me some entirely avoidable stress.
The moral of the story: do check your card statements carefully!
Also, the number of different PIN numbers that you have to have to be able to access your account on the Internet is unbelievable! But it is easy to use thereafter.
