My title means ''I AM RECOMMENDING IT FROM THE HEART'' for those who do not understand hindi. This album is one of my favourites...it has lovely songs and lovely https://lyrics. The singers have done an excellent job of it. I am completely in praise. The music of this album has been done by the talented AR Rehman and the lyrics by the evergreen Gulzar. It has different combinations of different styles of music. This is one of Rahman's best.
As soon as I had seen the movie for the second time (because nobody really likes the movie the first time round) I went straight to LALAS ASIAN ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE to purchase this this audio. I was VERY annoyed when they told me they were out.
''We can order it for you, but it will take one or two weeks!'' was the owner's reply!
I couldn't wait one or two weeks! I had to listen to it. The songs had a sort of hunger in them which could only be fulfilled by listening to them. I went straight to my friend RAHUL'S house and begged for his tape! When I had finally finished, he told me he had lent it to his SHREYA MASI. All of that begging for nothing!I had to wait the 2 weeks for it to come in, and even though I should have been excited on recieving it finally, I was annoyed. So much hassle and hunger for an AUDIO tape! Don't take me in the wrong way, I am not bad-tempered. I felt ashamed at myself. I reluctantly put it in the tape player thinking that all the fuss had been for nothing. As soon as it started playing, I lost myself in the music!
TRACK 1 - CHAIYYA CHAIYYA
This song is absolutely brilliant! The strength in Sukhwinder's voice is absolutely amazing and it feels as if the ceiling is lifting. It also had a strong, hard beat, which in some songs would sound terrible, but here it was just perfect. Sukhwinder Singh is amazing. My two favourite songs of his are THIS ONE and NASHA HI NASHA as both are very powerful. The lyrics too have a very strong feeling and the music, instruments and notes were brilliant. This dance song is going to be around for a very long time!

TRACK 2 - JIYA JALE
This song shows of AR Rehman's talent to mix two different things together. Do u know anyone who could do it better??!! This is an absolutely exotic mix of malayam and hindi. Lata MANGESHKAR's voice was innocent and stunning (as it is in all her songs) and as a full I enjoyed this song very much.

This song is very beautiful. It is distant...yet so near. It is sad...yet it has a hapiness in it. Udit Narayan's voice fits the love feel very well, and he sounds so into the music as he sings it that it is hard to believe that he is not really a forelorn lover (not that I know!)

TRACK 4 - DIL SE RE
This song is my favourite. It is just...brilliant. Listen to it in a completely empty and quiet room and you will never feel alone. Wow, ARR's voice was absolutely stunning. This song may not appeal to the people who like ''typical'' Bollywood Songs (not that there is anything wrong with that) but it is a long time since I have heard a different ''good'' song and this is one of my favourites. I think the cinematography for this song is brilliant too, but I won't go into too much detail with that as this is the music review.
