You won't regret if you miss it. Review on Dil Dhadakne Do

Simple story of twisted characters and their complicated relationship.

Story of a rich business family from Delhi which includes a dog also. Some family problems, the parents are showing off their marriage, the daughter is suffering in her marriage and the son dose not no what he want to do with his life, some high society melodrama and a dog who talks to himself like a national geographic voice over. All went on cruise trip to celebrate 30th wedding anniversary of Mehra Couple and the journey turn out to be a family counselling session.

There is some problem with the big shot directors of B Town now a days, all of them seems to busy with look and style of their film and forgot that there is something called a story. You expect much much better writing from Rima and Zoya. Zoya is very good with handling big star cats but this time the magic felt very bored, Anushka was completely useless as usual, Farhan had nothing much to do in a total 10 minute of screen time. The four main lead did showed some good performance but that it, nothing much. Music was average, dialogues were good, movie had some good moments of laugh and emotions.

The X factor was missing from the film, there is nothing special to remember, everything was larger then life which has already been shown in films before. Movie felt more like a summer vacation video and Amir's voice over for the dog was terrible.

Over all once a watch if you don't have anything else to do.
