Everybody wants to make extra bucks & who not but a senior citizen who can work from home.gullible ladies like me, paid up for the course only after talking to the ladies at the programme centre in Delhi & getting assurance that I would be able to cope in learning this programme.
after 6 lessons the topic was just going over my head & sounded gibberish as I have never learned the basic of computers
Hence I raised a ticket & sent them the mail to stop sending me the lessons & refund my money to which I got no reply
I called the office in delhi on 7th nov spoke to the concerned lady & she said she will revert back regards the REFUND
I again raised another ticket requesting them to refund the amount to that also no response
