Digital Harbor is a small company 30 employee strength. If you like to work in small company this is company you need to work. If you dont care about work pressue, no benefits and career growth, this is a good company to choose. Other biggest disadvantage is no HR personal here - one employee acts as 3-in-one - HR Representative, System Admin and Admin so you will have tough time to get your things done in HR, IT or Admin or reiumbersment or IT filing related works. Most irony is they are not paying PF even after being more than 20 employees which is against law not sure how they are tweaking it but their salary slips are pathetic - no signature no logo nothing.
I was very lucky to quit Digital Harbor in 2 months some have left within one month while most of them left within 6 months. If you are looking for NO LONG TERM CAREER this is definitely a company to join.
