Friends, the picture quality they bring to my television is no doubt good but still I am not fully satisfied with this service provider.
First reason behind it is that, the setup box and remote they provided to me with the package works very slow, means if you want to change the channel then you really will have to suffer with the remote. There is no button on the remote which can bring you directly to tha last channel that you were watching.
Second reason is, these days whenever I turn ON my TV and setup box, scanning process gets start automatically and takes some around 2-3 minutes to initiate the channel. So if you are in hurry and your favourite programm is running out then you can do nothing, in any case you will have to wait for the auto scan to get complete first after turning on your TV and setup box.
Friends, I think all service providers provide a good picture quality, so it becomes important for digi-cable to work upon the above mentioned problems so that one can give them 5 out of 5 starts.
