Has been 3 months ever since I have started using Digiboxx and this is my experience.
The most catchy about this is the low price and the benefits they offer for example they offer 100GB at ₹30/month and the download/upload speeds are pretty good(in my case downloads went upto 193mbps and upload 70-80mbps), But they lack many features of a cloud storage
1)Sharing: The sharing feature is not upto the mark
There are two ways to share a file which is
-> "Assign User":Where you have to share the folder by entering email ID of other Digiboxx user(s) however in this case once you have given access to another user then there is no option to revoke access
->"Public sharing via Link": In this option one can generate link for the content which can be then viewed by anyone on the internet(not necessary a Digiboxx user) in a browser.
However this is a tedious task as you cannot share the whole folder instead you have to go to each file and generate the link via the "Embed" menu.
Once again if you want to revoke the link you should follow the same lengthy process
2)Multiple Tabs: Another major drawback is that you can use only 1 tab at a time in a browser
3)There is no ETA while uploading files: When I upload files it does not show the Time remaining to finish uploading which is a major drawback
4)No CC feature in Video files: There is no option to embed/add Subtitles files(like .srt) nor it displays inbuilt subtitles like seen in MKV files.
5)Subscription: I had subscribed to the ₹30 plan on June5th which expired around 5th or 6th July after which it was not allowing me to login(to at least to view my files) and asked me to renew my plan(also there was no plan to cancel or change the plan).
Summary: This is a new product and needs many new features to attract people. For now its good if you want to use it to backup large amount of files for affordable rates without sharing with others.
I will rejoin Digiboxx if above points are considered
