I am using this for the last couple of months and I found it very frustrating.
1) App is really slow.
2) Their in-app help section is very limited and does not include any of the day to day issues. Its hard to get help as there are hardly any ways to get in touch with the customer support. Not even their support email is published anywhere. You have to get their notice through twitter or mouthshut.
3) I requested an agent visit for finger print verification and they gave me an appointment after 15 days. Unfortunately, I could not be present on that particular day and now I don't even an option in the app to request another one.
3) Because my fingerprint verification is pending and due to their pre-defined limits, my money is stuck and there is no way for me to access it now and their customer support is not helpful at all. Without realizing I have crossed the limits, I transferred 50, 000 rupees to my dbs account from my other savings account and that is not rejected by dbs and nor shown in my dbs account. I sent an email 2 days back and I am yet to hear from them.
It has been a very very frustrating experience and I do not recommend at this time.
