When I heard about this DBS bank I found it a good choice as I was planning to change my bank account.

App is designed very well. Earlier it was causung some issues but later when I spoke to the representatives it has never had any issue
There are various features in the app such as you can open a FD or RD , mobile recharge , bill payments, flight booking
It gives a lot of exciting offers to the users mostly in flight booking.
Earlier it used to give a promotional offer but it has been ended now.
Just download the app and create account and set your date and time for an appoinment with the representative for the biometric verification and once done then opt for a debit card which usually comes within a week. Mine came in 3 days in delhi.
