We all can t resist sweet seductive cakes, mousses, desserts. But it's obviously not doing good to our health, as well as to our body shape. What's the solution? To refuse treating yourself with some sweet stuff at all? Or to give up on healthy lifestyle and enjoy whatever fat and calories-rich cake you see.
None of that.
Luckily for sweets-lovers who still want to take care of their belly, there are some healthy-tasty recipes. Such as light oat dessert, perfect for breakfast/ lunch.
You gonna need:
Oat
Milk
Yogurt
Fruits
Cocoa
Sugar
Fill the 1/3 of a jar with oat, add milk(1/3 as well) and 4 tea spoons of yogurt. Mix it all and keep in refrigerator overnight. Add fresh fruit, 2 tea spoons of cocoa and sugar.
Finger-licking and safe for ur belly;)
