Coke is probably one of the least healthy things that you can choose to drink, but it has a pleasing taste, good bubbles and is refreshing, so I drink it. One way to reduce the ill-effects of this product (that some people use to wash their tires!) is to try the Diet Coke, which at least is not loaded with sugar. Problem is, the lower-calorie, sugar-free coke has a terrible aftertaste caused by the artificial sweetener they use to sweeten the beverage. If you are addicted to Coke, as some people are, and need to watch your weight or sugar intake, you might be able to develop a taste for this, but if you really want to diet, try water or unsweetened fruit juice!
